Heidi Maree Designs will arrange to send your goods using a courier service or via Australia Post – you may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.

Your items may be packaged using recycled materials; it may not be as ‘pretty’, but it’s our small way of helping the environment, and minimising unnecessary waste. Please be assured that although the packaging may be second hand, we still take the utmost of care in ensuring your products arrive to you in tip-top condition.

We are able to deliver to most areas of Australia with the majority of our goods being shipped via Australia Post.  Depending on the destination, and availability, some items are shipped via a courier service. If you live internationally, and would like an item posted, please contact us personally on heidimareedesigns@gmail.com.

We aim for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.  We strive to dispatch all orders the next business day but we may take up to 3 business days to dispatch your order during busy periods, or when the kids are plagued with sickness, and so on. Please, if your order is urgent, contact us via email, or mobile, and we can assist you.  Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time and day is out of our control, and in the hands of the courier service.

Please allow up to 2 weeks shipping time for metro areas and up to 3 weeks for rural areas in Australia. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, so if you have not received your goods within this period, please get in contact.
